Our Valerian Root, supplement, which comes from the hardy perennial Valeriana wallichii plant, can be found growing in Europe and Asia. Dried Valerian Root is also commonly known as Wild Valerian, German Valerian or English Valerian, and comes in several different forms, including capsule, organic valerian root extract, valerian root tea, cut and sifted, and powdered. 
The valerian plant features pink or white flowers and is native to Europe and Asia, but now also grows in North America. Valerian Root, is used as an herbal remedy that may help with symptoms of anxiety, stress, and improve sleep quality.
