Shipping Policy:
Our items ship via FedEx, USPS, UPS, and depending on weight, size and condition of shipment via commercial freight courier & private courier.
Some forms of shipment do NOT come with a live trackable ability as we ship delicate product and also use third party shipping sources such as private courier to ship oversized, or fragile items that require non dry, non holding and transit care along the way.

Processing, Handling, Shipping Times:
Many of our items are considered special order, and or grown to order/made to order. Our items carry strict non-negotiable shipping policies because of these factors. In addition, all our items are considered consumable or perishable. Therefore they follow strict shipping policies to ensure quality and sustainability. Shipping times vary based on growing dates and harvesting dates. We reserve the right to change delivery dates based on stock, inventory, growing times, harvesting times, and shipping schedules, in additions to unforeseen circumstances.
Therefore, please pay attention to all shipping communications to ensure you are available for the delivery of your item.
Shipping Days:
We only ship on non-holidays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays due to our items being delicate, and considered perishable. We do not let packages sit in shipping hubs. All shipping forms are considered the most economic fastest way, and we do not ship any other form.

Insurance:
It is buyers responsibility to purchase insurance on their package, you must request and pay for insurance with check out and prior to it shipping.

Damage To Any Shipment
If a shipment arrives "damaged" or "disheveled" or "broken, or "not as described" be advised it is buyers responsibility to file a claim with courier. We do NOT refund shipping or product cost or any purchases due to package damages, or any of the above mentioned scenarios. Shipping fees are NON-Refundable under all scenarios. They are considered part of final sale policy.
