Kelp

Fresh Kelp leaf, or seaweed, which naturally grows along shallow coastlines around the world, can be cultivated and used as an excellent source of iodine, iron, calcium and vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D and E. Organic kelp or seaweed  is also an excellent salt substitute and used in recipes to provide extra flavor for soup dishes, stews, and saladsDried kelp and fresh kelp are commonly used in Japanese cuisine and provide nutritional minerals and calcium to any meal. 

Directions:

Organic Dried Kelp Powder:
INSTRUCTIONS: Daily serving size 1/8 teaspoon (500 milligrams). Do not exceed daily serving size. Do not use for more than 14 days without consulting a health practitioner.
